Delivery Terms and Conditions

All deliveries are made during business hours, Monday through Friday (9AM to 5PM). We are unable to honor delivery requests for a specific time. If you require your delivery within a certain time frame please call us at (502) 583-2846 for available options. For Saturday delivery we must have your order placed before 5PM on Friday.

In the event that the recipient of your gift is not home, our driver may leave your delivery at the door (weather permitting), have a neighbor accept it, or leave a note on the door and return it to the store to arrange a time for re-delivery. If the recipient is at work during the day we suggest having your gift sent to their place of employment.

Incorrect delivery information may delay your order. Please make sure that all the information you provide is correct and complete so we can provide you with the best service.
